By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Withdrawal Policy, and the Privacy Policy published on this website.

2. Products

All products offered are fine art prints based on original artworks.

Please note:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to different screen and display settings.
  • Prints are sold unframed.
  • Minor variations may occur due to the artistic and production process and do not constitute defects.

3. Limited & Numbered Editions

Some prints are sold as limited editions.

  • Each limited edition print is individually numbered (e.g. 1/4).
  • The total edition size is stated in the product description.
  • Once an edition is sold out, it will not be reproduced in the same size and format.

4. Ordering & Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

A binding purchase contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email.

5. Prices

All prices are stated in EUR.

In accordance with § 19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation), no VAT is charged or shown.

Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

6. Payment

Payment is processed via PayPal.

Payment data is handled directly by PayPal.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, production time, or shipping provider.
I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

9. Returns

Returned goods must be:

  • unused
  • undamaged (this includes folds, marks and other signs of handling on the prints)

Customers bear the direct costs of return shipping, as stated in the Withdrawal Policy, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Copyright & Usage Rights

All artworks and prints are protected by copyright.

By purchasing a print, you acquire ownership of the physical print only.
No reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use of the artwork is permitted without prior written consent.

11. Liability

I am liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

12. Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

13. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
